Yea we have another october baby (: She's so adorable and her name is super cool. Quite similar to mine though, heh heh (:
So tiny! 
Two weeks back, we had bowling again and Part II of the october babies bday celebration.
Bro bought animal masks for the bday people to wear while bowling.
He got us cookie dunkers too. The milk goes on top and the cookies go below so we can bring cookies and cold milk around conveniently (:

All along I have been really worried about the mission trip clashing with my hall netball competition and we prayed about it several times, for it to go smoothly and hope that things will fall into place. I got the fixtures today and all our matches actually fall before the trip. Oh man I just jumped for joy in the room and started blasting chc songs at 7am in the morning. God is indeed a good god. I can never thank him enough.
My test results are out today as well. This is the test I fear the most because I fared really badly the previous time. I know everyone around me will be scoring 80s and 90s, the highest score was full marks please. I didn't dare to check my marks in front of my friends at class today. I knew they did well. I know I shouldnt compare but its natural that I feel inferior towards them. I knew how badly I did because of the fact that I screwed up the essay big time. I went back alone, prayed before I opened the results and wow, never did I expect such a score. It was actually the reverse of the numbers of the lowest score of the cohort. There was a high chance I could have gotten the lowest. My results were far off from the average, but I was contented. I know I can never measure up to the elites, but I did try my best.
God has really blessed me and I'm so thankful to Him. He really listens to every plead and cry that you may have. Our God is an awesome God.
A levels starts tomorrow. One year ago I was having the dreadful General Paper on that day. Its pretty scary how time flies, and I'm getting old! All the best to everyone! Aja aja fighting! (:

AND guess who I saw on the walls of fame at the sports & recreation centre during my floorball training? Mr GOH hahahaha :D Now I know why he runs to school from his home in Seng Kang.
OH and I spotted this super cool Vespa in school. I wished I could ride one to school heh (:
This was 10 yrs ago. Let's have dinners more often babe! :)
So now you see why this is the most random as it can get. Thats my bestie (since the very first day of primary one! ) who's also in my soci class! I'm gonna miss all the fun people i met during electives tutorials.
Don't ask me whats with the half jacket thing. It was just coincidence, because we were too lazy to remove our bags to get the other side off. The camera lens fogged up because our class is always cold like anything.

PHEW thank God for this long weekend break (: I'm so relieved that we managed to submit our Advertising Assignment on time, even though it was super last minute.I better score well for this since I sacrificed so much time and got all stressed up over this for the past few days. Now its down to three more presentations (French, Voice Studies and Sociology) and then the dreadful final exams!
I did try to touch my books and start revision this weekend but I just can't bring myself to do so. I need this break and its hard to come by.
Sunday was great. We moved over to our new church which was hmm quite sad to say, near my school. But we're thankful that now we have our own space and will not have to hold it in hotels anymore. To God be the Glory (:
I finalllyy had the time to drop by Charlotte's house to visit her mum. Thanks for the chocs baby, but I think they'll be sitting in my fridge for quite some time because I just put on a scary amount of weight and I need serious exercise.
I also had a super awesome time running and playing bball with the bf. I can't wait for the Alevels and my exams to be over.
Dee-Pa-Pa-Leee was spent with the DG. It was great spending time chilling, talking about our worries and praying about it together (:
Lastly, All the best to all those taking the 'A's (: In particular Jing and Zc, have faith and trust God! I'll be praying for you (: Love!

I'm completely zonked out now. I can't believe I wasted the chance to sleep in such perfect weather but instead stayed up the whole night working on the print advertisement. And in the end, we changed it. Ya, my poor effort and huge sacrifice of my beauty sleep. The worse thing was that I had presentation at 8am this morning and I only rehearsed it 10 mins before the lesson. It was just impromtu and I think I mixed up quite a lot of my words because my mind was just blank. But thank God we had good feedback. Our group was the most striking as we had clarity and parity. We didn't just talk, we presented. It felt so good being praised and complimented for the very first time since school started. Yay the stressful week ended on a good note (: I just need sleep now.
To me, one of the most important things in life is appreciation. Being thankful. Being grateful. Many atimes people don't know how much effort and thought has been put in to do something, even if it's just a small task. I am thankful for the little things people do, I can't exactly express that feeling through appropiate words. 'Thank you' may appear to be a passing remark or a casual comment, but with sincerity it makes a whole lot of difference.
I know God truly understands how I feel, because He is the only one who knows every single thought that goes through my mind, every struggle I face, and every effort I put into doing something. Honour God through our work, and the time of harvest will come according to His will.

Finally, a short break before the whole new hectic week starts again! Let's see, soci presentation, voice studies presentation, french test, journ and advertising test...and the list goes on. I dread going back to school. sigh!
I think we look weird here lol. zc has the "Please can you just let me eat my chicken now.."kinda look haha.
We were studying when we had this strong urge to go for a movie. Super last minute. The last movie we actually caught together was... the dark knight?? We need a break! Stressss! Settled for House bunny in the end. Funny bimbotic show.
