It was super hilarious how my roomie and I blasted the radio so loudly the whole night to listen out for the class 95 cash call contest. We called in a hundred times but it went to some girl who got the answer wrong! So annoyingggg.

Can finally take a breather for the week, thank god tmr's Friday! It was a mad rush for me today because we had so many last minute amendments made to our Marketing Plan. I even skipped malay class for it! Super guilty because i've never skipped it ever before this whole semester! ugh! I'm thankful the day ended off really well, with the last Crusade Crossroads. The Word was so apt and so relevant to what I'm going through now.
Even in the midst of all the assignments, exams and the worries and stress, God promises us hope, hope for the future. Biblical hope is a confident expectation and desire for something good in the future. God is capable of anything. It doesn't matter if we don't ace our exams. He is most concerned with our character, how we put Him in our lives and how we put our hope in Him. I've been so cooped up with my own feelings and anxiety, that I hardly had time to sit down and really ask God for strength. Many a times I just came back and cried, because I feel so inferior from the rest. Do I really belong here? Have I made the right decision to come here? I don't know. I've to try harder than the rest because I'm not as capable as them. But I have God in me, and it is more than enough.
Just wanna share something with all of you, so that you will be able to find hope in whatever you do (:
God hath not promised skies always blue,
flowers strewn pathways all our lives through.
God hath not promised sun without rain,
joy without sorrow, peace without pain.
But God hath promised strength for the day,
rest for the labor, light for the way,
grace for the trials, help from above,
unfailing sympathy, undying love.

Finally saw the long lost guides (with a missing few) last Saturday. It was funny how we complained about the heat and quickly left for the air-conditioned shopping mall for something cold and refreshing. To think that we loved marching, ndp, camps and the outdoor cookings last time. Haha 3 years have indeed changed us quite a bit huh (:
