At our lowest, there is where we feel closest to God. God says take heart, and he puts us through the darkest valleys so that in turn, we can be a blessing to others through testimony. Yes it'll be painful and all may seem hard to face up to, but God doesn't leave us only with hurt- A valley has been carved in our hearts, but God fills it with running water and blessings so that we grow stronger and at the same time understand the pain of others and share their sorrows.
"In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
